A small, well established and highly successful boutique translation agency is looking to employ a translation manager to work from its prestigious, Grade II listed offices near Windsor in a small and friendly team.
We need a mature, reliable person with perfect command of spoken and written English and Russian, experienced in office administration and business etiquette. Working to a deadline, with blue chip clients, you will show initiative, professionalism and flair. Good working knowledge of MS Office is a must; acquaintance with Apple Macintosh computers is preferable but not essential for a fast learner. Work experience as an editor or sub-editor in Russian or English publications or translation agencies a definite bonus.
A full UK driving licence and own car are essential, as the office is located out of town.

Reporting to: Business Development Manager Europe
Main Role and tasks
The purpose of the role is to research the Russian speaking region and produce information that will allow a better understanding of the market, its opportunities and how to tackle them. In addition to that the candidate is expected to
° Help prepare visit to Russia, research potential companies to visit and arrange meetings.
° Prepare marketing material in Russian language (website, brochures, marketing material, presentations standard templates for emails and letters)
° Update existing projects and databases
Knowledge & Skills
The successful candidate will have previous administrative experience and basic office administration, preparing trips and organising events. He/she will be a user of Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint and be a native Russian speaker.

An established international logistics company is looking for an administrator/office manager for its Moscow office.
