Реализация проекта началась в феврале 2007 и закончится 31 декабря 2009 года. Утвержденный объем инвестиций составляет 360 млн. долл. США. Заказчик строительства: ОАО «Международный Аэропорт Шереметьево». Компания САВАНТ оказывает услуги по управлению строительством на этом проекте. Генеральный Подрядчик немецкая фирма «Хохтиф Акциенгезельшафт» Это знаковое событие для строителей, было организовано субподрядчиком МЕБЕ.

Savant turnover increases by 80%

2007 was another successful year for Savant. With a professional fee turnover of over £21.7 million and margins in excess of 12% Savant is recognised as one of the market leaders in the provision of project management and design services in its core markets of Russia, the CIS and Central and South Eastern Europe. This represents an 80% increase from 2006 when the Savant Group turnover was £12 million.
To maintain and build upon these impressive results the Executive Board has clarified the roles of the directors and appointed Chris Hartfield to the position of Group Chairman and David Whitehouse to the position of Group CEO. “This change will enable us to concentrate on more strategic matters thereby ensuring that the Group continues to expand; explore new markets and create career opportunities for its staff”, comments Chris Hartfield.
From its beginnings in Moscow in 2002, Savant has grown organically and now has a staff compliment of over 500 people based in 16 permanent offices in 12 countries. “Our current 2008 order book is well placed to deliver on the target turnover of £30m in 2008 and we expect continued growth in our core markets”, predicts David Whitehouse.

Savant wins the Professional Service Provider of the Year Award

Savant was voted as the best Professional Service Provider by an international jury in the inaugural www.europaproperty.com  Russia-CIS Premier Real Estate Awards, held in London on 14 February 2008.
Furthermore, one of Savant's key projects in Moscow, the Ritz Carlton Hotel, received two awards. The Ritz Carlton hotel won the Hotel Project of the Year and the Overall Project of the Year awards.
Savant was the project and construction manager on this landmark hotel project, commissioned by the 'Best Developer of the Year' Capital Partners.
The Awards Gala was organized by Europaproperty.com to acknowledge and highlight the growing international significance of the commercial real estate market and related industries in the Russia-CIS region from both a development and investment perspective. Awards were presented for Russia, Ukraine and Kazakhstan as well as other countries in the CIS region for outstanding accomplishments for the year 2007.

Highlighting the immediate plans of the company at a press-conference on March 3d, David Whitehouse, Director at Savant, mentioned a new office to be set up in Tbilisi, Georgia, in 2008 and expansion into the Indian market. New Appointment in Savant
Savant, Project and Cost Management Company, is pleased to announce that Sergey Sveshkov has been appointed Regional Manager in North-West region. Sergey has more than 15 years of experience in real estate and construction market. He previously worked as a Head of Branch of Austrian General Contractor where he was involved in project management, supervision and the commissioning of projects – in both commercial facilities and industrial plants. “Building and maintaining relationships between people within the company and with customers, both old and new, is extremely important.
