“Russia in the City” seminar and lunch,
6th September 2007

On Thursday 6 September, we held the first in our new series of events under the banner, "Russia in the City", aimed at attracting those in the financial district, the City of London, who are already doing business with Russia or may be contemplating it. Over an excellent lunch in the splendid surroundings of Plaisterers' Hall, 100 invited and paying guests listened to the views of the Chief Executive of Renaissance Group, Stephen Jennings, on Russia today and in the near future. Because the meeting was held under "the Chatham House rule"* we are unable to report what was said by Mr Jennings or in the lively discussion which followed. But we would like to express our sincere thanks to Mr Jennings and his colleagues from Renaissance Group who made the journey to London to attend the event.
