On 16 January RBCC launched its new monthly networking event, “Just Networking”. We are very grateful to member hotel Melia White House Hotel for hosting this exciting new venture. Over 100 RBCC members were in attendance and a number of non-members signed up for the Chamber. So far all of the feedback reaching us from the membership about the new format has been very positive. RBCC Executive Director, Stephen Dalziel, welcomed our guests and introduced four new member companies. The networking was accompanied by the Melia White House’s jazz pianist.
We would like to thank Austrian Airlines, who raffled off two business class tickets to Moscow, the Hotel for contributing bottles of wine as raffle prizes, and, of course, all those who came along and helped make the evening such a success.
The format of Just Networking means that we shall be exploring some of London’s more interesting venues, instead of just having a night in the pub. The second in the series took place at the Hampstead Theatre on 18 February. Another successful evening underlined our cooperation with the Theatre, which is currently running a programme of Russia-related plays. For details see www.hampsteadtheatre.com
