Parliamentary Lunch

On Wednesday 31st October 2007, RBCC London Office held the RBCC Parliamentary Lunch at the House of Commons. The lunch was hosted by Gregory Barker MP. The delegates were addressed by Natasha Tsukanova, Managing Director, Head of Investment Banking for Russia and CIS, JPMorgan. Mrs. Tsukanova has advised on various high profile mergers and acquisitions worth billions of dollars. Some of which include, LUKOIL’s $2.1bn acquisition of Nelson Resources, ONGC $1.7bn acquisition of interest in the Sakhalin -1 project from Rosneft, Sual’s $25bn merger with Rusal and Glencore assets. A wide-ranging and lively discussion probed her extensive knowledge of Russian business opportunities and constraints. We would like to thank Gregory Barker MP for hosting the lunch and Natasha for dedicating time to address RBCC members and guests. The RBCC holds a lunch in the Houses of Parliament for people with business interests in Russia twice a year.
