Born on July 2, 1974, in Moscow.

Graduated with honours from Moscow State Institute of International Relations in 1997 majoring in international relations and diplomacy.

Studied in Cass Business School of City University in London (2011) where gained an MBA degree in finance.

Gained a Diploma in corporate finance at London Business School.

In 1997−1999 worked as Attache with the Second European Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia (Moscow).

In 1999−2004 worked as Attache, Third, Second Secretary (PA to the Ambassador) of the Russian Embassy in the UK (London).

In 2004−2006 worked as Head of Representative Offices Division, Vnesheconombank (Moscow).

In 2006−2013 was appointed Head of Vnesheconombank Representative Office in the UK (London).

Since February 2013 until present is a Deputy Chairman of the Board at the International Investment Bank (Moscow).

Since 2016 — Member of the Board of Directors of the Russo-British Chamber of Commerce.

In 2012 was honoured with a Presidential Letter of Gratitude.
