Statement from the Chairman of the Board of Directors

RBCC has, since March 2022, not been carrying out its principal role of facilitating and encouraging trade and investment between the Russian Federation and the UK and will not be doing so until we have, once again, the agreement of the governments of both countries do so. We do not know when that will be. Pending such agreement RBCC will operate in a significantly wound down format so as, if possible, to preserve the organisation for the future.
